nov 10th my class performance tiger lounge

Well after 8 weeks of hard work my burlesque pupils were ready to strut their stuff at mondo marveloso, tiger lounge. we had a quick run through backstage then everyone got ready and looked absolutely fab, i was so proud of them! we were alongside other acts, bands and comedians etc but i think my girls stole the show with 4 great routines through night. we started with a little kitty number on chairs before sam did her sexy cowgirl striptease,followed by racheal and lauras very burlesque umberella duet and ending with our big group number that is a tribute of sorts to the film cabaret! we had a full house and massive cheers so i know they did really well! great fun and everything went well except for the lack of space and having to squeeze us all in to fit the chairs in but all in all great fun. emily came down to hang out and we chilled out after show time with a glass of wine and delicious cup cake that was on sale there before running off yet again for a dreaded early morning to the tour bus for the next 6 days on the road!

nov 5th bonfire night!!

Meet ben and jordan from vamps and jordan drives us to st.helens to meet pritch and dainton, meet at their hotel for a couple of drinks before heading to the gig at chicago rock. the place was absolutely rammed and the crowd were going mental it was awesome. by the time they hit the stage i was a little tipsy with all the free booze so stood out of the crowd with hudge the dj to enjoy the show. just before it ended chloe and paul her boyfriend turned up just catching the end. the show was amazing, ive seen them god knows how many times and there always good but them plus an amazing crowd made it one of the best ive seen them do! We all had more drinks while the guys did a massive signing, the que was never ending so myself and chloe donned some p vs d tshirts and helped sell them to the que to keep ourselves entertained! after all was done some more partying was in order so we headed to the hotel where ben and jordan treated pritch and daint to impressions of them to everyones amusement(they were more bristol than welsh for a start). Daint and aid wanted to get to bed so jordan and ben left for some kip before getting on the tour bus. If i had any sense i would of got some sleep to but i dont so me and pritch had a late one as usual. Got a bit of sleep and before i knew it chloe was calling me from outside ready to pick me up for the bus at 7am!! i reluctantly got up and headed off for 5 days on the bus like a zombie. awesome night though so all good. felt shattered and starving so got a dirty mcdonalds breakfast before boarding the bus where i smartly put myself to bed for a few hours while we travelled to prepare for that nights show..

on tour with vampires rock til 3rd and 4th then 2 days off

Been busy with the tour and its been weird this week as shereen is away for her wedding, missing her loads but everything has been going well so not to worry! have two days off and feel well down and depressed, go for a drink with scarlet and have a catch up and gossip and feel better thanks to her. i think because im always busy and happy having loads of highs when i stop i suddenly feel low. i tend to dwell on stupid things and get myself all stressed out, i think its my body being tired when i refuse to stop. either way my 2 days off this time were not too great, spent them feeling sorry for myself which is ridiculous because my life is great and i wouldnt change a thing, ah well we all have them days i guess!

october 23rd huddersfield

Take sarah to vamps with me today to bedworth, we got lost though and ended up in coventry.. not a great start! we finally got there and chilled out backstage before the show, we were partying in huddersfield tonight where she is from so thats why she came. that and she cant get enough of the show haha shes seen it about 3 times already and bought a dog tag tonight so she can promote us bless her! After the gig we run off asap to head back to the hudd' as were going out tonight with my bro, his mates from uni there and pritch and the guys as they had a pritchard vs dainton gig there.
we got to the camel club where we were meeting everyone around 12.30am and got stuck into partying!! me,sarah and paddy danced on the speakers while the rest of them partied in the office with the managers who were lovely and really looked after us all. we stayed until the club ended and was totally smashed and loving it so much decided we didnt want to leave so the guys from the club let us have a a lock in until around 6am which was great fun! lots of booze lots of dancing and stupidity continued until around 6am when we thought it was best to call it a night. i was pretty gone but managed to help pritch to our lift to the hotel where i made him and hudge promise me we could play acdc's black ice when we got back to the room, i felt well rough in the car but for some reason that kept me goin haha. pritch went to the garage for cigs and came out with more booze, mentalist that he is. we chilled to black ice as promised for a while before bed. i had a vamps show the day after in birmingham i must be mad and the guys were going to ireland for their tour too so no rest for the wicked and with that party time was over for another night.

oct gigs n stuff

oct 6th bristol hippodrome/burnley 8th

i absolutely love this venue for some reason, its massive and on the main road in the shopping area so your right in the thick of. the dressing rooms are nice and i like going shopping so all good, we all got there pretty early so me and the girls head off for food before soundcheck which runs smoothly enough so me and shereen head off to the pub for a quick drink. my friends are coming from cardiff tonight which is brilliant and im looking forward to seeing them, unfortunately the special someone i was dying to see the show couldn't make it as we was busy and just got back from touring too which is gutting but in the business were in you get used to not seeing the people you love, you have to start booking in time with friends and sometimes go months without seeing anyone properly, this is the only major down side to the job that effects me on the road. it makes you feel lonely sometimes which is why were so lucky to have a cast and crew of people that are genuinely friends! anyway we get ready for show time and it couldnt have been better, the crowd were amazing and the show was tight and full of energy, i loved every minute. after we headed to the signing which was great fun as always and i met my friends annie and mag! they were so impressed by the show and seemed really proud of me which was great, i quickly changed so i could go for a drink with them for a good girly catchup before they had to head off back to cardiff. all in all a great night, one of my faves so far!

burnley

drove down with emily and got there super early so went shopping with nickys mum lesley who was here to watch the show. everything was going fine until we found out chloe had been involved in a crash on the motorway in her new car bless her. we were all panicking but luckily she was unhurt just shaken up. she got there late all stressed so we had a chill in the dressing room with her and got psyched up for the show. the venue is quite small so its only a few hundred strong in the audience and its a squeeze getting on and off the stage during the show.
tonight seemed to fly by and before i noticed we were packing up to head home!! im excited about my time off though as i have a big party weekend lined up!! woo!! cant wait!!

after a couple of days with vampires rock i had two days off, the plan was simple, no booze no partying, eat healthy, work out!! well it started well saturday afternoon, i went for a run after doing all my emails and stuff then went home for tea, i even got an early night and got in bed for midnight until my brother who i live with turned up, switched my light on and insisted i go out and party with him. in the end temtation took hold and we headed off out into the gay village until 6.30am. i think its safe to say day one failed. after getting up quite late on sunday i went to my mums again and as some of my family were there a quite drink in the pub turned into an all day/night bender ending with me and my auntie michelle ( shes more a friend than and aunt) getting very drunk and continuing at hers til morning! i think i drank a bottle of jack to myself and she polished off a bottle of baileys. im not gonna plan a detox anymore i do better when i dont think about it, ah well!! it was a rare treat to spend time with my family as im always away so well worth feeling crap for monday!! had a few days to catch up anyway which usually consists of shopping, bills, laundry and emails etc. not the most fun, i did take time out to shop for shereens wedding present too which was fun! hope she likes it!

oct 11th bournemouth- manchester palace 15th oct

get the train to bournemouth on my own from cardiff absolutely broken and shattered but full of good memories and pix from the past couple of nights. i get to the venue and settle down before going for a quick drink with the band. another great night tonight, were doing amazingly well on this tour! we were even ready for 7.30pm only to find out it was an 8pm show thanks to toyah and her pranks!! shes the naughty one on the tour haha she's usually focusing all her mischief on the boys though especially nicky so we tend to just get involved and encourage her as its never directed at us! grab a chinese after the show as i havent even managed to hardly eat today before heading to the hotel for a semi early night and no partying whatsoever!!

norwich

travel to norwich with emily,jordan and ben listening to avenged sevenfold. get to norwich and its a really nice place though a bit too quiet for me, some nice scenery though and on arrival i go for a walk with chloe and a good gossip about our love lives! we chill out in the dressing room watching tv up until show time and toyah bought us some lovely chocolate cakes so we sat and stuffed ourselves for a little while. the show went really well again, unfortunately because i never stayed up to date with the blog some of the gigs are hard to distinguish which is a good sign because if there was anything wrong i would remember.

manchester

manchester palace is awesome, this was my favourite to date along with bristol, maybe because being from manchester i remember going there to watch shows with my nanna and telling her i wanted to be on stage and do that, considering i never trained as a dancer until i was 17 i think ive done pretty well. it was great as i can walk there from my flat in about 2 mins so i got to spend most of the day at home, sarah my friend from the glitter kittens was with me and bought a ticket for the show so we could go out after. this is the 2nd time shes seen it this tour, she loves it! we dropped my stuff at the theatre, did all the routine set ups, hello's and catch up's then went to grand central to meet the other glitter kitten who was coming-scarlet. had a quick gossip with her before running off to get ready for showtime!! i couldnt wait i was so excited as loads of my family were there too, my mum and brothers and sisters, my nanna and uncle and aunties etc so that was great, i think i had 13 coming to see the show. the show was amazing, the crowd was buzzing and we all did really well, it was packed for such a big venue. all my family loved it, henry and arthur's mum and dad were there as were the millers, nickky's parents, steve's wife nicky and chloe's boyfriend paul so it was a nice get together. we did a massive signing that only ended because the theatre started to shut the theatre and started (politely) throwing people out! we all changed and went to grand central to party, me, the girls, the band and everyones partners and my 2 brothers and sarah. we had a few drinks before going to the salisbury around the corner to carry on drinking bumping into some vamps fans on the way! we had a quick chat to them before getting very drunk in the pub! i carried on with my bro's and sarah til around 4 am which was a laugh, we were drunken dancing in the pub and talking welsh the last i remember but i do know it was a good night!! i got given a pint of red wine courtesy of jade which pretty much finished me off haha happy days!! bring on the hang over..

tour bus part 1....rock n roll?!!

Get up at 5.30 am meet chloe at piccadilly station then i drive us to pick emily up to head to Nottingham to meet evenyone at the tour bus, our home for the next few days!! Emily had put her bed order in already with shereen who lives closer so usually gets there before us, im not bothered where i sleep as long as its not on the top layer, you see the bus we have this year has a row of bunk bed style cabins in groups of 3, i dont fancy climbing in and out of the top bunk especially after a few beers so luckily when i get there i find a bed on the bottom floor, basically lower than floor level so being small i develop a sort of roll in to bed tecnique from the aisle which suits me perfectly and i feel out of it and private-well as private as you can be on the bus! We have the same driver as last year, geordie Andrew which is good news as we already know him and know what we can and cant get away with!! We head to Basingstoke and i go back to bed, im shattered after only 2 and a half hours sleep, when i wake up were pretty much there. We do the usual set up, well the band do while we go for a wander around the town before soundcheck and show time. Have a good show and get ready to get back on the tour, unfortunately i dont have much gossip tonight as after my non stop party schedul for god knows how long i go to bed pretty early considering and miss out on most of the partying this night but i did hear lots of acdc being played and was almost tempted to jump out of bed and go mental when motorhead ace of spades came on but as its not that easy to jump out of my bed and i was trying really hard to be good i managed to contain my urge to rock out! i think everyone watch The Lost Boys to round the night off as Nick had never seen it before. Bit gutted i missed that but i have seen it enough to re enact the whole movie so probably best i caught up on sleep.

Bedford

We climb out of the bus in the centre of town and walk to the theatre, me and chloe in our pjamas with ben and jordan (not in pjamas by the way). you get disolusioned on the bus and any normality goes out the window, i can honestly say i dont leave my house in my bed wear and walk down the street but somehow when on tour this seems logical! we get to the theatre and use the showers, i end up in the boys showers while chloe uses the girls to save time, there was no boys in there with me at the time might i add although ben did keep popping in to shout through the door that i needed to hurry up as him and jordan were waiting for us to go the pub.
we got ready and went into town realising after asking for directions we were down south!!
We had a couple of drinks early afternoon, theres a sort of tour no mans land time of day where theres nothing to do while they set up the stage etc and you feel a bit of a spare part and that time for me is usually filled by shopping and viewing the city centre or popping to the pub for some food and a beer. We go back to work realising we have the best job in the world and do another rocking show. The signing was a little stange this time as there was loads of really young kids there without adults screaming over the boys in the band and saying things to them they really shouldnt know about! we do the signing and pack for the bus, had a laugh tonight and it was nice as all the girls including toyah had a big room to share. Loved the show tonight, full of energy after my giant sleep!! woo, this is the life!! Stay up and have a few drinks on the bus all of us, its nice to have time to chill out and have a laugh with each other. We spend the night parked at the services which is good for me as i prefer sleeping when the bus isnt moving. We party for most of the night before getting some sleep on the way to Skegness.

Skegness

it looks a bit like a ghost town when we arrive to be honest, we sit in the dressing room and i feel a bit like i need to go let off some steam but theres nothing to do and i hate that, we set stuff up then me and chloe go for some food and a 'romantic' stroll along the beach front, its nice to get some sea air and clear the lungs before the show after the partying and living on the bus!
Another fun show, i always feel a panic getting on and off this stage for some reason though as theres loads of corridors but its all good. After the show we all go into town for a drink in a bar called something LA. its pretty dead and crap really especially for a friday night, welcome to skegvegas!! brilliant!! we have a few drinks and its fun enough as the whole cast is out. All us girls ended up dancing on the little stage to dodgy dance music and after a few drinks decided to entertain the crowd with our routines from the show to different songs hahaha, they didnt know what had hit them. Me and Emily decided to have a go on the pole too (why they had one i dont know because the people on there weren't the type of people you want to see on a pole to be fair). We had a little go and i managed to impress by putting my trapeze moves to the test on the pole to much success thank god, i would of looked sexy too if i didnt have jeans a jumper and ugg boots on haha ah well. Everyone headed back to the bus but me and chloe felt like we had more dancing to us, as the bus was staying outside the theatre we decided to run to a club on the way and danced the night away like to maniacs. they should of given us a job cos we got the club back to life and everyone back on the dance floor. Eventually all sweaty and danced out we headed back to the bus and went to bed after a chill out with the band. a good night really, i get back into my little bed, stick my ipod on drunkenly text some mates before drifting to sleep.

Kings Lyne

feel good suprisingly for the last tour bus day and have a really good show, the dread is that on the way back i will have to drive from the bus in the middle of the night home so i sensibly make sure i get some sleep on the way home, sat up for a bit chatting to steve and chloe then off to bed i go. We got off the bus about 4.30am which really messes your head up then me,chloe and emily have the awful drive back to manchester. chloe stayed at mine and we were so shattered when we got back to real life!! a great few days though, i loves it!!

Hellfire Gk set Manchester oct 14th

After a nightmare drive from newcastle on only 2 and a half hours sleep we get back to manchester around 8pm, quick dash to mine to get my show stuff and wait for denim to arrive who looks less than impressed with me and sarah for not being ready and probably looking slightly rough after last night! We head to the hellfire club which is not far from mine so a nice change not having to travel too far. Scarlet is already there but the club is pretty quiet this rainy tuesday night! We get ready and cut the set short for the small intimate crowd which the venue film for future footage to play on screens in the venue. After the gig we have a couple of drinks and talk to management about how we can team up the glitter kittens with hellfire for events and a kind of on going thing. We get treated to some great fire and card tricks which freaked us out, especially sarah who we could hear screaming across the building! They very nicely gave us some great food, including the best roast potatoes ever-i missed out on the chilli cos im veggie :( and after sitting in there chatting and being entertained until late we decided to call it a night. sarah was wasted as she wasnt working but i was and was back with vamps the next day with a home show at the palace theatre manchester where my mum and all my family were coming so we headed back to mine, had a pint of cider in front of the tv then off to bed, my own bed at last for the first time since last wednesday night! lush..

oct 9-14th party time!!

A couple of days free from GK and vamps gigs so what better way to fill that time than with partying and going on the road with pritch and the guys!! Had an absolutely awesome time,thanks to the guys for letting me tag along and join the craziness! Lots of booze, lots of new people to meet and fun to be had i loved every minute, in fact between the time i set off from manchester thurs morning to the time i arrived in bournemouth for the next vamps gig i had been to 4 major cities in between including birmigham where we went to gatecrasher, ive never been before but it was awesome what i got to see of it and london which was good fun and i got to chat to nikole lowe a wicked tattooist who said she would do my next tattoo an angel on my back so if that happens il be well chuffed!! All in all it was a great weekend, nice to not be working and be able to chill and have a laugh so by the time i arrived in bournemouth sat afternoon after a nightmare train/coach journey from cardiff (my train only took me half way and got replaced by a coach!!brilliant) i was exhausted but buzzing from the adventures of the past few days!! we stayed over in a hotel after vamps that night then headed to norwich for another show arriving back home around 5am monday morning. Everyone else was ready for a chilled day off but i had bigger plans, sarah came down and we headed to newcastle to party hard again with the guys! A brilliant night, such a good laugh which ended up back at the hotel absolutely smashed me jumping on the bed to Motley Crue while daint sang, sarah's wrestling matches and other shenanigans that resulted in the hotel threatening to involve the police! ah well rock n roll eh?! Not sure what time i went to sleep tuesday morning but had to check out by 12 and drive back to manchester for a gig at the Hellfire Club so not the liveliest start to the day, the guys left at 11 so me and sarah headed for food in a pub and sat laughing about the mad night before shattered but agreeing it was worth feeling rough for!

vampires rock blog!!

vampires rock

For those of you who havent heard of Vampires Rock yet it's a touring show that combines rock music with theatre, it's a great show thats been touring for 4 or 5 years i think and i was lucky enough to join the cast as a dancer last year, i absolutely loved it!! This year however is even better than the last, we have a brand new sexy rockin band that all the ladies will love as well as all the amazing main characters from last year and the legend that is Toyah Willcox is also on board for the tour so it's definately not to be missed!!
i've made this blog purely as a diary of touring with the show and behind the scenes goings on and i know there are many hardcore fans out there so hopefully this will be a little taster of the stuff you dont get to see on the tour, im going to try keep it updated though i must warn you it will probably get behind as il be touring with the show aswell as my own show The Glitter Kittens but i will do my very best!! i aim to add pix from the show from our own private collections and hopefully keep you informed on the goings on with the cast and show in general.

first few shows!!

september 12th Retford

After these last couple of weeks rehearsing the time has come for us to have an audience and i cant wait!! i love it when its new enough for you to feel slightly nervous and the adrenelin is definately in full flow, its lucky for us that we get to have a rehearsal week in the theatre of the first show as we know all the entrances and exits and have had time to get used to the size of the stage and spacing and stuff. Thats the hardest thing about touring a show i think, having a different size stage every night, different dressing room, different route to get on and off and sometimes the stairs to lead us on and off the top of the crypt round the back are in different places which always makes me think one day il run off in the dark the wrong way and drop however high it is which would be not good!!
Anyway day one we potter about all day going over details, routines, setting up our costumes and generally mentally preparing.
7.30pm comes quickly enough and its show time, there is two photographer's here tonight for promo pics and the end result was awesome, the show went really well and everyone was on a high! Arthur and Henry's mum and dad came as well as Nicky's as a suprise for the lads and they said they loved it so there we go, one succesful show down god knows how many more to go but i cant wait!! Rock n roll!!

Sep 13th Milton Keynes

This theatre is amazing its like a tv studio so you can see the audience in front of you quite closely aswell as there being seats on the sides which i love, it means you cant lose your character for a second because people can see you all the time. Toyah isnt with us tonight as she had a show booked previously to joining the tour with us, a big open air show so we have had to adjust parts of the show so that it still works without her. It's a bit scary to adapt after only doing one show but it worked brilliantly. The band are absolutely wicked this year, because they get on so well and are real rock and rollers they work great together on stage and everything goes well!
It's a great show with a manic signing after, everyone was lovely and we got time to really hang out in the bar with fans and chat properly rather than be rushed in the foyer by theatre staff.
We get packed up as quick as possible to head home, me and emily had high hopes of getting back to Manchester in time to go to Sankeys for my friends night and dance the night away but sadly we dont get home til 4am so thats out of the question! Gutted, ah well off to bed we go.

Sep 17th Doncaster

I really remember this venue from last year for some reason, maybe its because my friend and ex boyfriend came last year or something but its quite an intimate stage so again a case of adapting the show and the little details in the show.
We got a bottle of wine for the girls backstage and sat there early having girly chats and bonding as we havent had much time together yet and its great because theres four of us know. We all get on really well which is lucky and really rare i imagine in a show, Chloe is the new dancer and she's really great, easy to get on with and a laugh! She already knows Emily and Shereen from the Dolly tour but we all feel like we have all known each other ages which is great!
Toyah is back and the show is back to normal, it went well although as the ceiling was quite low i kept smacking my hand on the ceiling and the light rig when we were dancing on the crypt, ah well..

Sep 29th Buxton

im just back from Ibiza and doing my own Glitter Kittens gigs so im a little worse for wear but dying to get stuck in again, we set up, soundcheck and have a quick trip to the pub to be fed and watered. My friend Sarah is coming to the show tonight and she very kindly did my make up for me backstage so i could feel like a star haha, we all do our own hair and make up and sometimes thats the only part of the day i dread, it always feel like a chore but the second im made up i feel instantly better and ready to rock and by the time the fangs go in then i cant wait to face the audience!
The show goes well for everyone but i feel exhausted after all the shows and partying in my 11 days off and feel a bit mad at myself for feeling like im not really going for it, Sarah said she loved it though and was so impressed bless her waving her Vampires Rock foam hand in the audience haha. We all head home, the show is starting to stick in my head and feel natural now, the first few dates always feel edgy for me, i have to have a set list and costume list on hand so im certain what happens next but im getting to the point where its all making sense without that which is great because thats when you can really go for it and get stuck in!

sep 28th Nottingham Rock City

Tonight theres myself, Scarlet, Sarah and Denim doing the show thats a freshers party and absolutley huge!! No expense has been spared here thanks to Nottingham uni, theres loads of bands performing including Audio Bullys, the whip and Reverend and the Makers plus loads of djs and ourselves. theres even an Alice in wonderland style chill out room with real grass on the floor and giant toadstools to sit on!! brilliant!! we get ready and get sarah and denim out as sexy hostesses with trays of sweets for the students which fly out so quick! myself and scarlet do the dancing in the downstairs room with the dj's before having a break to watch some acts, its such a good night but everyone seems so young and naive on there way to uni, bless! We do some more dancing in different pairs before finishing in time to see most of the rev's set which was absolutely awesome, we chatted to them backstage and reminised over the last time we did a show with them which was over a year and a half ago!! oh my god!! time flies. they are lovely though and such a great band so its nice there doing so well, we had a quick photoshoot with John before they headed off on there bus and let us have all there leftover rider on top of own!! thanks guys!! bonus!! we headed of with all our booze then went for a dance to finish the party before heading home satisfied after another happy night as a GK!!

sep 27th birmingham academy glitter kittens show!!

This is the life you want a big dressing room, a nice rider of booze and soft drinks, your own keys to the dressing room and someone to escort you to the stage! we are starting to get this sort of treatment more recently and without sounding like i fuss over things like this it does make life so much easier. we spend half the time in the car when gigging so to then be squeezed into a cupboard with two other girls and attempt to look sexy isnt always easy. We also have a camera women on hand today so when i get those pix il stick some up also. Anyway tonight is rammed and i cant wait to go onstage, were doing two 15 min sets and Dragonforce are here as they have just finished a gig here, the crowd and venue is huge and the stage is bigger than my flat so all is good. Theres also massive posters around birmingham city centre of us im told so thats a bonus too. We do our first set and its goes amazingly well, im on a proper high after i do my bits, welcome to the jungle into (s)aint, even though the stage is massive you can get really near the crowd which i love, especially in routines like these when i have a whip to play with!! I meet up with my friend Evelina and her crew and she had just missed our set by going out to smoke!! idiot,haha. We hang about and get changed into our next outfits before heading back downstairs and doing our second set! again brilliant response from the crowd and i had a great time, we stick around to party and finish off most or our rider before calling it a day to head back to Manchester, tomorrow night were in Nottingham. It's nice being back with the GK girls while im doing Vamps, i miss them, tonight it was myself, sarah and denim. Good fun, i could stay on the road forever!! Rock n roll..

sep 26th Fedde Le Grande Sankeys

Get home from Wales around 8am and get on the couch in our pjamas with a baked potato as we were starved and sobering up and watch The Office on dvd, I love lazing around watching comedy dvds even though I know most of them off by heart. We got some sleep in the afternoon for a couple of hours before watching CITV and popping to the shops to buy something healthy to cook as we havent been eating very well recently and I like to try keep fit and healthy as much as possible though looking at this blog you'll find that hard to believe but true! Eat a nice veggie meal before another half snooze half watch Tenacious D Pick of Destiny before getting motivated and ready to re live Ibiza at Sankeys in Manchester as Fedde Le Grande was DJin, 'Put your hands up for Detroit' is one of my party anthems so im pretty excited. Its just me and Sarah going to get our groove on tonight,our friend Steve O'Neill was going to come but couldn't and we tried to get a gang together but noone was in the mood to party..rubbish. Ah well we had a wicked time on our own and danced on the speakers for a good few hours til 4am when we were all danced out and went home to chill with some strongbow and league of gentlemen on dvd. Im getting used to Sarah being at my house though it does scare me as i think were the femail 'Men Behaving Badly' which isnt good. Finally sleep around 6am which is starting to feel normal now happy afetr dancing the night away, Fedde Le Grande was as awesome as expected so a good wind down after Ibiza.

thursday sep 25th What the Butler Saw-Cardiff

Still feeling a bit blue on leaving Ibiza yesterday so im glad to be on the move and busy already, I hate having time off for more than a day I always feel like im wasting time or missing something. Me and Sarah had a chilled night last night eating some good food,some alcohol and some trash tv. Today were up and ready to catch the train to Cardiff which takes absolutely ages after stopping every possible station en route which sends me mad! Sarah is coming with me to keep me company and to prolongue her party basically, I have a gig at What the Butler Saw with Kitty our very own Welsh kitten. We finally get to Cardiff around 7pm and my friend Dan kindly picked us up from the staion and took us to his to chill with a giant bottle of wine while he got ready,we then went for a cocktail before getting to the venue around 9.30. Lolly (the stunning organiser and party animal) greeted us bless her with her new sexy red hair (she used to have bright pink) and looked lovely as always, it was her birthday at midnight so we were ready for a mental one! Kitty was there too looking very elegant though a little nervous about our duet as we hadnt had time to rehearse it before the show as we are just both always really busy and miles apart. We found out we were on seventh for a night that was meant to be fetish and fantasy themed but seemed to now just be fantasy which was typical as our duet was very fetish and revolved around an army major and soldier to a heavy track while everyone else was going for the cute fantasy look, ah well! We got a few drinks and mingled until it was time to get ready, the stage at minksys is really small to what im used to but i love it, its nice and high and intimate so you get a real feel from the crowd. Kitty opened the cd to give the dj only to find that the cd was missing from the case and must have still been in her player at home,aargh!! The band thank god saved the day and brilliantly accompanied us live saving our lives! It changed the whole style of the piece to something less sinister and more swingy which I think myself and Kitty didnt feel completely satisfied with but the audience didnt know any better so it was a success considering. We watched all the other great performers before heading off to Buffalo with the birthday girl and the rest of the butler crowd (except kitty who had to leave which was a shame). Myself,Sarah, Dan, Lolly and her fella Dan carried on drinking like the alcohol was about to run out and had a great time, unfortunately i thought it would be good to head home at 4am on the train and pre booked my ticket thinking I would be all partied out when I booked it before Ibiza and was absolutely gutted to tear myself away! (note to self I am never too partied out!!) Dan walked us to the station like a true gent haha well maybe not as we were all pretty smashed and took loads of photos of us being stupid in the street, I had been wearing Dan's tie and decided to stand on the railings by the side of the road on St.Mary Street and do a striptease of sorts singing the stripper theme tune, the things we do eh, dont do alcohol kids haha, its not as if I didnt look strange enough to begin with walking the streets with my Liam Gallagher parker, full burlesque make up and a cane from the show like some mix breed of drag chav and old gent. All in all a good night, great to see Dan, Lolly and Kitty and have a catch up in Cardiff. Bring on the next one..

Ibiza September mash up!!

September- Friday

After a night with no sleep because i was so excited i got up early as sarah was arriving at 10.30am, i met her at the station and we decided to get drunk before leaving as you do, i hate flying so its better im a bit out of my mind, im like mr.t!! 'i aint getting on no plane'. We met my brother who was coming with us and made it to the airport just as they were closing the desk, i cant imaging how gutting that would of been but anyway we made it so all was good, a few more pints as our flight was delayed and eventually we boarded with big drunken cheesy grins thinking of ibiza and yes the raving had begun!! i had a quick sleep on the plane to distract myself and woke to sarah robbing my beer! so this is hows it gonna be eh?! We got to the hotel about 9.30pm ibiza time and couldnt wait to get out, we were staying right in the centre by the egg ( you will know what i mean if you have been, if you havent been whats happening?!) anyway we got ready to out, Sarah and my bro went for a beer and some goodies which they never came back with before we all headed to Plastik which was absolutely dead, we were gutted as this was the spot to start most big party nights, by now it was about 2am and seemed a bit late to pay into a club when we were all pretty tired deciding to have an early one or go where the night took us! We ended up meeting a couple of guys in there called Jamie and James from Leeds who after having a few drinks with them we all headed to ibiza rocks hotel to carry on the party! Had a good laugh and got pretty messed up resulting in James falling through a table on the balcony next to his mate who was passed out in his superman trunks!! Sarah and my bro were drinking on the balcony wondering where i was apparently when suddenly she heard 'Sarah!!' and saw me fly through the air in my underwear into the pool. Jamie had decided it was a good idea for us to jump in and in my drunken state i agreed. looking back it was funny but i think i got ill that night from my 6am swim!! We met some swansea boys who were a good laugh and partied til about 8.30,sarah joined me in the pool until we got so cold we decided to call it a night. Matt from swansea lent me his towel to take home and keep warm which i intended to take back but never did, sorry Matt-bless him. got a couple of hours sleep before heading to Buddha bar to chill in the sun and drink all day and spent most of the afternoon drunkenly tattooing each other with a lighter pen which sarah had stole off jamie-she went out that night with ket hed 2000+8 on her ankle beside a daisy chain and ibiza rocks logo im not even gonna tell you what mine said but apparently if destroyed still true so there you go!!
Saturday
After our day in buddha which is a great place to chill out because they have big comfy seats you can laze in the sun on with a nice cold beer and a great view of the beach not to mention the sexiest spanish bar men on the island if thats your type!! theres also really cute stray cats which we always name after djs, we now have pete tong, lisa lashes and a judge jules, bless them.
Saturday night we went to Es Paradis for the water party. Got mashed up again and spent the whole night dancing with sarah to cheesy dance anthems and anticipated the water!! rave it rave it rave it!! jamie arrived with another mate from scotland who was well funny doing the running man and calling himself puff daddy despite being as white as they come but there you go!! ibiza randoms, i fuckin loves it! at 5.30 the water was about to drop and drown the dancefloor so clever me thought the best place to be would be the middle with scottish puff! the water was awesome but so cold and as it kicked in it was like having bucket loads dropped on you, we persuaded sarah and jamie to join us for a bit before getting out to watch all the nutters swimming in the waist high water full of ravers and floating cig ends..me and sarah went back home drenched again!! bed for a couple of hours as usual before being woken up by the hot sun.

We go for some food by the beach and spent the whole day tanning ourselves and getting excited about judgement sundays!! this is my favourite night out here and its always packed so we knew it would be a good one. We got guestlist sorted and as my bro was craving a guiness we went into the dodgy west end to find an irish bar-not a good idea off your head and in the mood to dance though as they were playing footloose and u2 etc, i hate u2-not good! we ran off asap and went ground zero for a rock music fix where sarah spent about an hour sat in the toilets while i kept her company from outside the cubicle. i knew she was ok though as she kept giving me the thumbs up from under the door. once she was ready to come out we went to eden luckily cos of the guestlist jumped the que (thanks to mathew and lashes-we owe you one!!) and joined the masses. sarah spent the first section of the night with my bro outside talking to randoms while i danced on my own with my own little ibiza bez i just befriended. they came in in time for some proper raving in the kissdafunk room which was awesome, me and sarah got on the speakers to strut our stuff with the dancers to mickey slim before some wasted guys joined us and we all got asked to get down-not right mr security guard!!we should get paid to show our skills haha what was he thinking!
We went in the main room for judge jules set which was a bit tame this time round to be honest- not his best-julesy sort it out! had a bit of a wasted photo sesh by the dj booth with micky slim and alex kidd-legends!! think they made our night until lisa lashes came out and stole the show! she was absolutley amazing and i think we danced harder than ever without stopping right until 7am when they decided to cut her off mid her dirty diana finale! she still had time to throw some shapes though and wowed us with her ballet performance with the bouncer! top dj and all round top bird! me and sarah went back to rave on the balcony until we dropped into bed shattered.
Monday
Started the day with food by the beach again, i had the only semi veggie option i could which was lovely to be fair while sarah had chicken and chips washed down with beers obviously!! my bro couldnt keep up with us hardcore party animals clearly and went to the hotel to shave his head (which really meant sleep as he never surfaced until tuesday!) while we sat on the beach tanning and raving to alex kidd and goldie lookin chain on the ipod.. 'i got a chain when i came of age..' classic!! We got some beers and watched the sunset talking about life before heading home desperate for a wee even debating on doing it in some posh garden we were so desperate!
we got changed and sat on the balcony watching the drug dealing shenanigans which we got pretty hooked on- best reality show ever before going to Mambo to see Roger Sanchez pre party set which was really chilled and a good start to the madness then off to eden again- our second home to party and dance the night away to the Koolwaters night where stanton warriors were playing but for some reason we found a happier place in the small room and decided to dance the night away to fran cossgrave like absolute nutters haha i wish we had a video of us running around the half empty room entertaining all the other nutters off their heads only pausing to dance at fran while shouting 'go on fran!!' and re enacting lashes' dirty diana scene. top night!! we didnt stop dancing until the music stopped and bizarrely enough i saw my business advisor off his head raving next to me but thats a different story! only in ibiza!! got an eden tshirt and went and sat on the beach where we met a sweet guy called remi who was a classroom assistant who had been there 20 weeks after spontaneously heading out there, he had some cool stories and walked us back to our hotel never to be seen again which is probably the only bad thing about ibiza, you meet so many cool people and connect with all sorts for a short time before all going your seperate ways but i guess thats travelling and its so nice to meet cool people. it really restores your faith in humanity!
we eventually dropped into bed at 8ish after sitting on the balcony in shock as it had started raining and lightning proper hollywood lightning where it forks in the sky- brilliant! we debated the predicted weather and discussed our pychic source in japan impressed with his knowledge! (thanks pritch!)
Tuesday
Last day and absolutley gutted, i felt well rough this morning and nearly passed out in the shower-not happy days! i think ive raved myself stupid but im sure i can squeeze another party in! rock n roll!!
we went for a meal in a different place this time, i had a lasagne which wasnt great with chips and a slice of pizza. all that dancing give me an appetite clearly, fat bastard! we got a couple of pints while waiting for the heavy rain to stop and then off we went tshirt and cd shopping! got a few goodies then went for a stroll and ended up in linekers bar drinking with the 18-30 nutters! one got naked and ran in the sea off his head before following randomers walking by to make friends with, raving in the old womens faces and kissing the guys for some reason..strange boy but well funny. there was a big gang of them completely out of it but they were good fun. we noticed that the swansea v cardiff match was showing later so decided to get changed for the night then headed back there to watch it with a load of welsh people and sarah(who watched the man utd match by herself with a bottle of san miguel from the shop cos she was almost broke which she hid under the table so she didnt get told off before getting ripped off on a pint of cider for 6 euros-ours were only 4!! oh,whats occuring?!)
the match was pretty intense especially as they were half swansea half cardiff supporters but they were all mates so all good. sadly swansea won but there you go. 5 pints later we got bored of linekers and headed to itaca (the best bongo man ever plays here alongside the dj and hes awesome) and bar m to get our freak on one last time as we had an early flight so chose not to go to a big club and get fucked per usual incase we didnt get up, to be honest 5 hardcore nights in a row off our heads was taking its toll a bit anyway so we chilled in there til around 4. had a laugh dancing in there and doing laughing gas which i think we got a bit obsessed with in the end- if i could take a tank home with me i would. some good tunes and lisa lashes, micky slim and some of the eden lot were in their so not a bad finale really to an awesome over the top long weekend of raving and livin it large in beefa!! bring on next year!! ive already decided im living here with sarah and any randomers who care to join us, the more the merrier! preferably in a big party mansion in the hills with a private yacht to party on whenever the mood takes us! im also getting married here (if i ever get married) on a big boat party with alex kidd (not to alex kidd by the way)on the decks after and everyone off their heads partying hard otherwise im not doing it haha!
We left bar m because it was closing and strolled up the strip home, the police were out random searching people for drugs which was really horrible, we saw that last time out here and guilty or not its so intense and scary that you feel guilty. they stand there selecting mainly guys to be fair to thoroughly search and question and we knew someone who got pulled aside and it was shit scary! they pretty much violate that person and warn them that if they have anything whatsoever on them thats it game over! the other guys who we didnt know that were being searched had also been in bar m and had passed some stuff to a girl when he got called over and they were gonna searh there hotel! bit of a downer to end the trip on but i guess its to expected.
we sat in the hotel contemplating the last few days and winding down before getting the longest sleep i had in days- about 4 hours and waking up absolutely gutted to be leaving. We got a taxi at about 8.30am to the airport and that was it ibiza part 2 over!back to manchester, back to reality and back to the tour but i fuckin loved it!!!

August 28th onwards..

August 28th

After Vamps rehearsals I drove back to Manchester to film a short scene in a local horror film thats coming out soon where i played a she-snake a part invented for the kittens by ry mccormack the writer, great bunch of cast and crew and good fun all round even though it took about 2 hours to get all the make up on and i was shattered from rehearsing, anyway the end product should be good and il stick it up here when i get a copy!! for now heres a couple of pics..



Aug 29th

After a day working out I set off to Cardiff to party and catch up with my friends Kitty from the GKs and Mathew and some of his mates, after having a nightmare journey getting stuck in traffic and a flat tyre i finally got out to party at about 11pm! Rubbish! I met up with the gang and went to some bar for lots of Jack Daniels and coke before going to a club to dance the night away with the cardiff bboys and got pretty drunk on champagne and deciding it would be a good idea to head to a strip club where I got a private dance by myself for some reason?!! good laugh though and ended up calling it a night at around 4am. The next day i headed over to Kittys in Caerphilly to work on a duet to perform at What the Butler Saw in Cardiff in September before heading home jealous as Mathew was off to Ibiza!! Gutted. Not long til i get back there though so i can cope, Eden here we come!

The next week is spent in Vamps rehesearsals ending in another mashed up weekend in Cardiff thanks to Annie and Adam, it was really great to see them as well as Mag, Paul and Rob who we partied in Ibiza with last time. Great night catching up on whats been happening and partied til 1pm the next day. A chilled night on Sunday was much needed, i felt so rough it was untrue so spent a chilled evening with mathew and aled down there watching Top Gear and Charlie Borman before getting a much needed early night and lazing around all day Monday which was great, i rarely get a day with nothing to do except chill with friends so i left around 6pm and headed home happy ready to get back to Vampires rehearsals and the start of the tour this week!

Vampires Rock rehearsals start this week!!

Time has flown this year its so scary!! This week I start rehearsals with the Vampires girls so that will be fun and nice to see them again. Its been ages, not seen them since feb I think it was!! Its hard catching up with everyone in this business because everyone is away at different times and you find yourself booking in time with your friends so its really nice when you all finally get together! I will keep this blog updated with all the tour happenings though so check back!! Its gonna be a good one, got the lads from Kid Ego in the band and Toyah Willcox in the show aswell as the usual characters so its gonna be great!! There is also a xmas show this year and a ghost hunt with Living tvs coolest medium Ian Lawman on Halloween!! Cant wait..

The Glitter Kittens live,Che Bar Doncaster Aug 21st

Sarah is staying with me this week so having a lot of fun as got time off except for a gig thursday night in Doncaster at Che Bar, its just three of us again, me, Sarah and Denim, the management were lovely and we got looked after really well which was nice after the last gig!! We did two 15minute sets that was duets,group numbers and solo's, Sarah did So Hot by Kid Rock for the first time and it went really well. The whole show went smoothly, we had a good laugh and a nice sized crowd so alls good, pretty much in and out which is what you want for gigs like this! We took our free booze with us and headed home!! What a great job I have, I love it, I get to travel, keep fit doing it and have a laugh with the people that matter to me!! Perfect.

August 16th Kiddstock!!

After a week of rehearsals and working out its party time again and were off to Kiddstock, what a day, absolutley loved it. Had a proper sesh dancing and going mental with Sarah and a much needed rave up since Ibiza, Alex Kidd was awesome as was Yoji and Organ Donors, there was one dj i loved in the afternoon but no idea who he was! All in all great fun!!

Today is exciting for the fact our new kitten the gorgeous Kitty De Ville will be doing her first GK gig with myself and Denim, im looking forward to seeing her as its been a while since What the Butler Saw. We meet at mine and have a catch up with a bottle of wine while we get ready and wait to be picked up for the gig. Once we get to Leicester everything goes wrong, firstly we cant get anywhere near the venue to park as its blocked off by loads of police and theres loads of commotion in the streets! Were used to drama so dont worry too much but we have to park far away and walk to the venue which was pretty funny considering we were already semi in costume and was carrying riding crops, top hats and the likes! Then we arrive to find out were 2 hours late due to our agency giving the wrong time to us, good start, they then stick us upstairs in an office for about an hour with no clue whats going on, not amusing and were getting a bit pissed off, to be fair they did give us lots of booze but as we hadnt been on at all and had two sets including ballet routines en pointe getting drunk was not gonna help the situation. Eventually someone came for us and took me to the dj to discuss our music, all a bit late to be discussing this I thought and low and behold they were shocked to find out were a rock burlesque act!! Well hello, its only on most of our advertisement!! Things were not looking good, there was guys in all kinds of coloured shirts looking chavtastic while groups of women with no shoes on acted out greased lightning to each other!! Our show opened up with Muse and had the likes of Manson, QOTSA etc in the set, this was never gonna work! What was also strange they said we had asked to go on at 12.45am and not come down the stairs, I had said no such thing to the discovery of a second dance troupe not anything to do with ourselves being here too that nooone seemed to know anything about..very strange goings on in this venue. In the end after many a quick meeting with all sorts of staff backstage we come to the mutual agreement to cut our 20 min set to just 2 tracks that we can do that loosely fitted the evening, poor Denim then ends up not even performing but filming the event, we should of filmed the mix up really!! I end up doing Kiss by Prince and Kitty ends up adapting her Marilyn Manson solo to Dirty by Christina, ha all fun and games eh, the crowd loved it and we pulled it off no thanks to our agency or the venue but it did prove how proffessional we are to do a gig unprepared and still be a crowd pleaser so I was proud of us all for that, it does make me feel cautious about any gigs booked by agents rather than myself as I never have this sort of mix up when I talk to the venue direct. It all was experience though and we got to do our first Kitty gig, besides it can only get better from here at least haha!

ibiza week 2!!

Me and Sarah chill on the rocks and tan ourselves before meeting our newly arrived friends from Wales for some Ibiza adventures and some hardcore partying!Monday was a warmup in Mbar and Plastik which I dont remember being in I was so drunk before partying all night in Eden, we had a great night, the best bunch of people to party with and I had an awesome time, I was so glad they were all out here. Good times, we walked sarah back to the hotel in the sunset before me and mathew went for a stroll singing cheesy songs as walked by the yachts blissed out before chilling and trying to sleep with the blazing sunshine outside the hotel. Got a few hours sleep before getting woken up, the lads were going jet skiing so i went back for sarah but fell asleep waiting for her to get out of the shower so got there too late. sorry annie, leaving you with the boys alone sun bathing while they went mental in the sea.
Tuesday night was madness in Es Paradise and after a pre party in Plastik we hit the club and got steaming drunk in Clubland, as the guys were working with a PvsD set we got loads of free booze and us girls took advantage resulting in lots of onstage dancing and partying on the bar!! loads of funny pics to put up when I sort them..

At the end of the night or should I say early morning we head to a boat party but its too full so a house party happens on the other side of the island due to mathew making friends with fran cosgrave, rock n roll!! Great gang that looked after us, one of the guys Cousin Rick who I had never met before actually went to my school ha!!mad!!
we partied the morning away ending with a chill in the paddling pool which was about all we could manage all partied out! We headed back to the hotel at about 1pm after the drama of trying to get a spanish cab in the middle of nowhere with the boys ready to drop and annie having to save the day and sort everyones cabs back, they jumped in one first and me and matt sat on the wall waiting for ours looking broken, eventually it arrived to rescue us so at 1pm ish it was time to sleep and chill all day in the room, lovely!!
It was nice to just have a chilled one, went for food and a few beers in Mbar with everyone that night, daint and aid had left and annie didnt make it out so a smaller gang tonight, we chatted for a few hours before getting a reasonably early night in the room with the broken air conditioning that had been sending us mad, i got up about 5 times to turn it on which made me too cold half an hour later then to turn it off which made me too hot half an hour later, to top it off our double bed was too single beds pushed together so i woke a couple of times falling into the gap haha ah well..
Thursday was my last day out there and I woke up feeling sad already, I was absolutely heartbroken to be going home and the fact that they were staying only made it worse, we did have an amazing last day though, mathew got a cab to meet the ad and annie while i packed my case before meeting mag,paul and rob to drive to meet them. we drove to old town for food then to cala llonga beach to swim and relax before the boat party that Alex Kidd was djing on- perfect!! the boat party was amazing but to leave everyone when we got back on land made me wanna cry,we all said our goodbyes as they were catching a plane to cardiff tomo morning so had one last party night left!! I was so ready to just move out there for the rest of the summer but sadly GK's had work on back here and I dragged myself back on the plane strangely enough on the same one as cousin rick, alex kidd and fran who we had just been partying with, small world eh!! what a strange but blissful trip and when I got home the first thing I did was plan my trip back!!

ibiza baby!! july 20-aug1st

Saturday 19th July Newport You fuckin knows it!!
To say i woke up this morning super excited is a lie only for the fact i havent been to bed yet!! We had a meeting at TJs in Newport last night about doing a kind of residency there with the Glitter Kittens and had a great start to the evening rocking out with Dave the promoter, its an awesome venue and i hope we can sort out a regular spot as almost every cool band you can think of has played there at some point.As the night was young this was only our first stop off for the evening the next being The Cotton Club which was a complete opposite of TJs to say the least, I hated it!! I dont know if it was because I didnt like the music or I didnt fit in or wether it was the amount of fights kicking off in the venue ( mostly from girls ) but it wasnt really my idea of fun. Anyway we were there for the Pritchard vs Dainton gig which to be honest I dont remember much of as I was too busy dodging fights haha! They rocked as usual im sure even with a crowd full of mentalists. Shortly after the gig we escaped to Cardiff for a few quiet drinks which was nice but gutting as I couldnt stay and had to tear myself away to go home and catch my flight, what an awesome reason though so cant complain!
Sunday 20th Ibiza here we come!!
We fly out to the promised land, im so excited but hate flying so much the only thing keeping me going is the fact its pretty short compared to the flights im used to, even so I have the usual sweaty palms and have to distract myself for take off, its not too bad cos im sat with my friend Cher who's probably more scared than me so looking after her kept me calm.
We arrive, get a cab and head to our hotel only to find that there has been a plumbing problem and we cant have the sea view room we payed for and wont even be in that hotel for the first two nights!! Not exactly the welcome to paradise I was expecting! We get a cab to another hotel and after much moaning get ready to hit the town, we wander down the dodgy west end and get steaming drunk in the cheesy bars before going to the only cool spot down there Ground Zero to rock out. Theres a pole in there hence me dancing for the other girls for the rest of the night something I regretted in the morning when I feel my bruised thighs, I was pretty good though even if i do say so myself haha! I have only had 4 hours sleep since getting up Friday morning but feel good, we hit the beach with some beers and chill, another all nighter happens Monday night thanks to bumping into some cool people on the beach on our way to bed and another spontaneous party night happening for me and Cher, the other girls went to bed and we decided to explore the island off our heads ha, we walked for miles im sure chatting and meeting randoms on the way, brilliant fun! As the sun was coming up we started to stroll back to our hotel to go to bed when we bumped into two guys, now im a big believer in fate and I really think I was meant to meet this guy! His name was Brian and he was from Scotland and only 19 bless him, anyway im not going to go into details but as we chatted we just bonded and ended up sitting for hours solving each others problems, he was going through a big heartbreak and I hope I helped, I think he just needed someone to talk to and vice versa I poured my heart out to him with all my issues and it really helped to get advice from an outsider who didnt know me or tell me what I wanted to hear. After deep chatting for hours and even him shedding some tears we decided to go our seperate ways only to discover we were staying in the same hotel and only 3 doors away from each other!!haha, what are the chances, I think we were meant to have that chat, we went to our own rooms and as I never got a contact for him that was the last time I saw him but I hope he's ok and got everything sorted. It was purely on a friendship level not a romantic or sexual one whatsoever but what he said about his girl and the advice he gave me restored my faith in men so good on him im sure he will grow into a charming young man!
Another day sunning ourselves and drinking and I finally drop in to bed Tuesday night at 3.30am after some fun partying with the girls! Only in Ibiza eh!!

Wednesday is a sunning ourselves day and a meal so catch up on energy for Thursday's getting off our heads at Ibiza Rocks and Ground Zero again with loads of random people we had just met before sitting on the beach til morning chatting. Friday however is the best day so far as its Pete Tong's Wonderland!! Woo, party time!!

Me and Sarah danced til they threw everyone out just before 7am not even close to being ready for our bed. We strolled home and witnessed the Spanish police searching people for drugs, it was random checks but looked really intense, not wanting to be probed for fun we decided to party in our room til it got busier on the beach then headed down there with some beers for a sun bathing session! I ended up staying in on my own Saturday night as sharing with 3 other girls was taking its toll and I needed time out while they went off to have a few drinks, besides I was preparing to go mental and party non stop Sunday to home time so a good chill out was definately in order for me!

Judgement Sundays Eden
This was the night i was looking forward too and it didnt let me down!! Judge Jules and Lisa Lashes, what more could we want, me and Sarah had the best night dancing uncontrollably haha, absolutley loved it, im going back to Ibiza before the season ends just for this night alone, if you go definatlety do this night!!

Lashes was absolutley amazing, I love her she's wicked! At around 6.30am we headed home exhausted after our first week out there partying hard, drinking hard with no sleep and no food just alot of sunshine and good times, im happy but about to drop!! We have four nights left and I cant wait!!

zelda's burlesque classes - performance

After a rubbish weekend with one gig pulling out due to a series of events and breaking down on the motorway Sunday and missing our residency slot at Proud Galleries Camden I wasnt in the happiest of places monday morning but by monday evening thanks to a certain group of special ladies I was back in high spirits. For the past 7 weeks I have been teaching burlesque at Sunshine Studios in Manchester and though the group that was set to perform was small it was very sweet.
They did two group numbers with a solo routine inbetween courtesy of our very own GK Sophia, a small venue- the very elegant Tiger Lounge and small crowd but everyone absolutely loved it so it was definately mission accomplished!!

Rock of Ages, Leeds

good fun this gig, got a nice little changing room to ourselves and a crate of beers ( which disappeared mysteriously quick even for us?!). it was the first gig indeed performance ever of kitty o'shea are new sexy lady so all was very exciting. We opened with Welcome to the jungle where im a ringmaster and the other girls are my sexy tigers, into my solo (S)aint by Marilyn Manson- a striptease of sorts into Scarlets solo to Cherry Pie by Warrant- so cheesy and loved by everyone!!
After that we had some time to mingle, have some drinks and watch Heavens Basement.
Our second set was around midnight, we were all zombied up and ready to do our zombie cheerleading routine aswell as mine and scarlets duet followed by sophia doing the solo nun routine!! il add vids when i can get time to upload them.
All in all had a good gig and a good laugh and was really good to have five of us kittens there tonight. Talk to loadsa people some great some not so and caught up with old mates, Ru, Scott and Phil which was nice!! gotta get ru down to skake her ass soon too!! Had some advertisement space on a pair of boobs which was nice and branded the first guitar ever with a nipple tassle, Sid from Heavens basement now has a lovely green tassle hanging right in the area of his rock love pump haha!!

Life, Leicester The Glitter Kittens gig and Zelda Daily Star interview.

This weekend (june 28th) we did a gig at Life nightclub in Leicester which was a little different than most places we play as it was a large pop/rnb club and our show mainly revolves around rock tracks and themes but we were ready to rock the crowd anyway!! The people that worked there were very accommodating, they gave us lots of security guards to look after us and escort us around the club aswell as on and off stage which was nice, we didnt have anything to worry about except the show which was a 30 min set of duets and solos with a couple of group numbers thrown in to measure, the crowd started off not really knowing what to expect and i think the girls were a little cynical but once it got rolling they all warmed up and started to really enjoy it. One of the highlights of the show was our cheeky nazi routine Mein Herr from the film Cabaret.

A good night all in all, there was stilt walkers and a good party atmosphere but we didnt stick around long and decided to drive back around 2am to a sing song in the car!!
Sunday was Radiohead at the cricket grounds-all good and monday morning was my interview for the Daily Star
