Visualisation board

I went to a great workshop on Sunday dividing on goals and mindset! We got to take the afternoon out, meditate and crest a visualisation board, a place to put all your goals, dreams, hopes on there so can make them a reality. I think it will really work, by placing it somewhere you will always see it, it reminds your subconscious what it is you want and are working for!!
